Accounts Receivable Specialist (3-6 Month Contract)

Our client is seeking multiple customer-focused AR Specialist to support a busy team during an ERP transition and peak business season. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role focused on payment processing, order support, and account maintenance rather than collections.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding orders, invoices, and payments
• Process credit card payments and account transactions
• Research order status and coordinate with Customer Service to resolve issues
• Release orders and maintain customer account information
• Provide exceptional customer service and support high-priority accounts
• Assist with various AR and administrative tasks as business needs change

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AR, customer service, order management, or related experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (D365 a plus)
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and team-first mentality

Pay: $27-$32/hr DOE
